Street Stories

I can’t remember when I first noticed something strange about a window in Pembroke Street. I passed it a number of times before I stopped to to find items such as Borrower Traps, Magic Beans and Invisibility Cloak Repair Kits on offer. It is all part of a new museum that is taking shape in Oxford and due to open in 2015.

In the meantime, new things keep appearing on the street. A scene from The Owl and the Pussycat has been captured in red phone box and The Pea is exhibited below the fictional shop window. You can also enter the labyrinth of Rochester House for special events, such The Thousand and One series of talks with leading story experts that starts from the 10th of August.
