Red Lanterns

If you were in Chinatown in London this weekend then you would have seen the bunting come down and the red lanterns go up to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Street stalls offered mooncakes (with the option of one or two duck yolks) as part of this lunar harvest festival that has been celebrated for thousands of years.

More on mooncakes and the festival can be found here http://www.worldaccent.com/blog/2012/09/mid-autumn-festival.html
